Parson Finch collects data through public websites, platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Viadeo, business publications and official sources.

When the candidate submits the application, information such as name, work experience, and personal telephone number. Potential candidates can also spontaneously indicate the address or make comments relevant to the application.

All data information made available is collected and processed for the purpose of providing job opportunities and information related to work and/or career, as well as providing executive search services. The information provides shall be processed by appropriate and confidential means in accordance with national and European legislation.

The data collected and dealt with in the resumes are dealt with on the basis of the instructions of the cases and the candidates themselves. The personal data provided will be treated with the complete confidentiality and will only be transmitted for the intended purpose and upon authorization of the candidate. In terms of deadline, no retention period is defined for the data, being in the period necessary the purpose of recruitment and the proper use of future projects. After the due request of the holders, the data will be excluded if given those instructions.
